Reyeah Vending Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on all of our machines. After the warranty period, we continue to provide ongoing technical support.

Warranty Details:

  • First 3 months: If any issues arise due to manufacturing defects (and not human error), the supplier covers both the shipping and the cost of replacement parts.
  • After 3 months: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs, but the supplier will still cover the cost of replacement parts.

Once your machine is shipped, we will create a dedicated WhatsApp group for you with our service support team. Our technicians are fluent in English, patient, and always ready to assist you whenever you need help.
